imag8nineteen recently collaborated with well-known artist Michael Christian for his latest oversized creation sculpture of “Ooma” for the 2012 Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Las Vegas. This was Christian’s first creation incorporating video projected content. imag8nineteen collaborated with the artist to create content for Ooma, manage the technical aspect of the project needs, and wrangle content from other visual artists. EDC Las Vegas is the first showing for Ooma, the 40-foot high metal baby. Ooma will be installed at two more Insomniac events in 2012 including Nocturnal Wonderland and Escape From Wonderland

imag8nieteen painted the LED canvas in another amazing stage design by Stephen Liberman, president of SJ Lighting, Inc for Insomniac. A simplistic clean arch structure created an open-air club for the Circuit Grounds Stage. Working in tandem with lighting designer, Patrick Dierson, imag8nineteen alternated video with lighting to blend in a live-camera feed mixed on the LED surface. Booked by Vsquarelabs.
